The hotel is one of my favorites for my trips to Hanoi. The room is large and clean, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom was good as well. The staff is very nice and helpful.

- The room is bright, clean, and comfy. - The snacks are not free, but super cheap. - They cleaned and gave 2 bottles of water every day.

My second stay at this hotel. Everything this time is much better: better room, cleaner, ... Some good things remain the same: nice nad friendly staff, flexibility in date changing, ... Definitely recommended!

top quality/price ratio, staff absolutely gentle. a little far from the city center but highly recommended if you plan to stay a week or + in Hanoi.

It’s a nice place near Vincom centre on Nguyen Chi Thanh Street and nearby many restaurants. The room is well-organized and bright with quite a lot of natural lights. There were some dust on the bed and the slippers a bit dirty. The bed is not much comfortable but can be accepted at this price I think.

Its a great place in a very nice area of Hanoi, less tourists and the real daily life of the locals. I enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is very nice and the staff is great
